We Serve Our Community Weekly with
Free Primary Medical Care on Thursdays 4:30 PM-5:30 PM
Located at 961 Park Ave., Norfolk VA 23504We serve as a bridge clinic and offer services to help our patients, as they gain resources to meet with their primary care provider.
We help with:
- Blood Pressure Checks
- Blood Sugar Checks
- Medication Refills for stable chronic conditions
- Family Practice Services
NO CONTROLLED MEDICATIONS ARE PRESCRIBED AT THIS CLINIC
